JSA advises Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on its strategic transactions with YES Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank

JSA advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) on its on-market sale of its entire shareholding of ~1.65% in Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited for an aggregate consideration of ~ INR 6,256 Crores.

The transaction was led by JSA’s Corporate team comprising Vikram Raghani (Lead Partner),Birbahadur Sachar (Partner), Vaishnavi Vyas (Senior Associate), and Rashika Sharda (Associate).
