JSA advised Pastel Limited (Singtel) on its on-market sale of 1.2% of the equity capital of Bharti Airtel Limited on the block deal window of the exchange.

The transaction team comprised Lead partner, Vikram Raghani, Partner, Birbahadur Sachar, Principal Associate, Ami Shah and Associate, Tavishi Chandra.

Deal Value: USD 1.54 Billion
