JSA Advocates & Solicitors has advised National Highways Infra Trust, a private InvIT sponsored by NHAI, on its fund-raising aggregating to ₹65,910.10 million through a combination of institutional placement, preferential issue of units, and external debt.
As part of the transaction, the InvIT has acquired concession rights over two road assets with a total length of approximately 310.359 kilometres. The fund raise is in furtherance of NHAI’s ongoing disinvestment and asset monetisation strategy. Notably, this marks the fifth fund raise by National Highways Infra Trust, with JSA advising on all five transactions.
