JSA advises fund managed by EAAA Alternatives on its acquisition of ~376,000 sq. ft. in MFAR Manyata Tech Park

JSA advised Rental Yield Plus, a commercial real estate fund managed by EAAA Alternatives (“RYP”), in connection with the acquisition of ~376,000 sq. ft. of office space at Embassy Manyata Business Park from Embassy REIT, the largest office REIT in Asia by area.

The acquisition was undertaken for a total consideration of INR 530 crore and marks the third investment from RYP, thereby consolidating the Fund’s ownership within Embassy Manyata Business Park, a landmark in Bengaluru’s commercial real estate landscape.

JSA advised RYP on the corporate law and real estate related aspects of the transaction, which included corporate and title due diligence, negotiation, and execution of the definitive documents, as well as support through closing.
