JSA advised M1xchange in connection with the 100% acquisition of C2FO India Technologies Private Limited by Mynd Fintech, a subsidiary of M1xchange, through a share purchase transaction.

JSA advised M1xchange on all aspects of the acquisition, including the negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents, review of conditions precedent, and coordination through to successful closing of the transaction.
