JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised Genus Dhundar Smart Metering SPV Private Limited,sponsored by Gemstar Infra Pte. Ltd., as the borrower’s legal counsel in connection with financing proposed to be availed from ICICI Bank Limited for the installation of smart prepaid meters on a design, build, finance, own, operate and transfer (DBFOOT) basis in the Jaipur City Circle and Dausa regions of Rajasthan.
