JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised La Renon Healthcare Private Limited (“La Renon”), an Ahmedabad-based pharmaceutical company in relation to the acquisition of stake in La Renon by Creador, White Oak and Siguler Guff.
The transaction involved the secondary sale of shares by certain existing shareholders, including the promoter.
La Renon is a leading maker of branded formulations with a strong presence in chronic therapies and a major player in the nephrology segment besides accelerating growth in central nervous system, gastroenterology, gynaecology and cardio-diabetology portfolios, with a pan-India footprint.
