JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised ICICI Ventures on their investment in Agrow Allied. The transaction comprised both a primary capital infusion and a secondary sale by existing shareholders to India Advantage Fund S5 I, a fund managed by ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited.
Agrow Allied is engaged in the manufacture and sale of crop protection chemicals (herbicides, insecticides, fungicides). The company operates a manufacturing facility in Kotputli, Rajasthan, and exports products to various countries.
