JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Goyaz Jewellery Private Limited (Goyaz) and its founders, in connection with its Series A fundraise led by Norwest Venture Partners. This round marks Goyaz’s first institutional equity raise, cementing its leadership position in a high demand sector and geography.
The JSA transaction team is being led by Partner Rishabh Gupta, with support from the deal team comprising Principal Associate Akshath Mithal, and Associates Saurabh Chatterji and Tanmayee Shriprasad Apte, and employment team led by Partner Preetha Soman with support from Associates Sneha Mohanty and Rebecca Thomas.
Preetha is a labour and employment law expert, having close to ten years of experience. She has over the past decade, worked on a wide range of complex and intricate labour law matters.
