JSA advised HDFC Bank Limited, India’s largest private sector bank, in the issue of US$ 750 million 5.686 per cent. Senior Notes due 2026 under the US$ 3 billion Medium Term Note Programme (“ US$ Notes”) by HDFC Bank Limited.

JSA also assisted and facilitated on behalf of HDFC Bank Limited, the listing of the US$ Notes on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange ( IFSC) Limited (“India INX”), and NSE IFSE Limited, India’s international stock exchanges at the GIFT City.
