JSA acted as counsel to Hero MotoCorp Limited (“HMCL”), the corporate promoter of Ather Energy Limited (the “Company”) in initial public offering of equity shares of Ather Energy Limited aggregating to ₹29,810 million (“IPO”). The Prospectus was filed on April 30, 2025, while the listing happened on May 6, 2025.
The Company is a pioneer in the Indian electric two-wheeler (“E2W”) market and designs and develop E2Ws, battery packs, charging infrastructure, associated software, and accessories. In Fiscal Year 2024, the Company was the third largest player by volume of E2W sales.
