JSA advised Avendus Future Leaders Fund II (“Avendus“) on its primary investment in Avanse Financial Services Limited (“Company”), an education focused non-banking financial company backed by Warburg Pincus and Kedaara Capital.
The Company is engaged in the business of providing loans to individuals, educational institutions, financial institutions and micro, small and medium enterprises and it also functions as an IRDAI registered corporate agent.
The fund raise transaction involved a primary investment by Abu Dhabi’s Mubadala Investment (as the lead investor in this fund raise round) in the Company.
