JSA advised MPS Limited (public listed company) (“MPS”) in its acquisition of E. I. Design Private Limited (“EI Design”), a respected name in the custom eLearning content developer industry. MPS acquired EI Design through its wholly owned subsidiary MPS Interactive Systems Limited that is also engaged in the same business.
MPS is a leading global provider of platforms, content, and learning solutions for the digital world, and was established in the year 1970. The acquisition of EI Design will consolidate MPS’s eLearning business and is a part of MPS’s vision 2027 to create a compelling learning company at a meaningful scale.
