In one of the largest SaaS deals in 2023, JSA advised A91 Partners on its investment of USD 30 million in Kaar Technologies (KaarTech), a multinational technology consulting firm which specializes in digital transformation and SAP implementation.

Headquartered in Chennai, India, KaarTech has subsidiaries and affiliates across the world – in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Southeast Asia. A91 Partners’ investment will bolster KaarTech’s global expansion and is a step in KaarTech’s plans to become a publicly traded company.
