JSA assisted Grip Invest, an alternative investment platform and asset financing firm, in relation to its Series B round up to USD 10 million with a mix of equity and debt, by Stride Ventures (Lead Investor) and other investors such as LC Nueva, Multiply Ventures, Anicut Capital, VH Capital, Advantedge and others.

Deal value: USD 10 million
