Despite strong frameworks like the POSH Act and RPWD Act, implementation gaps persist due to weak accountability and limited training. Courts are enforcing compliance strictly, urging employers to move beyond policies and embed DEI into everyday practices through leadership ownership, inclusive systems, and transparent monitoring.
