India’s legal services market in 2025 remained active despite economic uncertainty. Deal volumes stayed strong across banking, private equity, energy, infrastructure, and consumer sectors. Large full-service firms played a central role in this environment. They advised on complex, high-value transactions and sensitive disputes. Institutional strength mattered more than individual expertise. Firms with scale and cross-practice integration stood out.
