JSA advised Sumitomo Wiring Systems Ltd., in the sale of 3.4% of the equity share capital of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited by Sumitomo Wiring Systems Ltd. for an aggregate amount of INR 16,123 million, through a block deal on the stock exchanges.
Samvardhana Motherson International Limited is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of components for the automotive industry, including three major divisions of the group are Wiring Harness, Vision Systems and Modules and Polymer Products. Sumitomo Wiring Systems Ltd., is one of the promoters of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited.
