JSA advised and assisted StashFin in its fund raise of over USD 150 million. The fund raise involved a combination of equity investment and debt financing from various marquee investors.

StashFin is registered as a non-banking financial company in India, and offers a credit line card in partnership with VISA. Founded in 2016, StashFin has been working towards the financial inclusion of various customer segments who find it hard to be accepted by the traditional banking systems.
