JSA acted as the sole legal advisor to Power Mech Projects Limited (“Power Mech”) and IIFL Securities Limited in relation to the qualified institutions placement by Power Mech (“Issue”). Power Mech filed a placement document on October 23, 2023, for an issue of 901,789 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers, aggregating approximately to ₹ 3,500 million. IIFL Securities Limited acted as the lead manager to the Issue.
