JSA advised Microsoft Corporation (M12) in relation to its investment in iStar Skill Development Private Limited’s (Salesken) Series C round of USD 22 million. M12 led this round and invested USD 12 million by way of compulsorily convertible cumulative preference shares and equity shares. Sequoia and some angel investors also participated in this round.
Salesken is a sales conversation AI start-up that improves the revenue per representative by developing insights on gaps in their sales calls and bridging the gap with real-time cues to the sales representatives.
