JSA successfully represented Talwandi Sabo Power Ltd. (TSPL) before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) challenging Punjab ERC’s Order denying Change in Law relief and in-principle approval for incurring capex of approximately Rs. 1000-1200 Crores for complying with MoEF’s notification dated 07.12.2015 prescribing revised emission norms for thermal power plants.
