JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised Zota Health Care Limited on its Qualified Institutions Placement (“QIP“) aggregating to approximately INR 350 crores. Zota is the leading player in the generic pharmacy space, with its brand of Davaindia stores across India. ICICl Securities Limited acted as the BRLM to the QIP.
The Capital Markets practice of JSA advised on the transaction. The transaction involved sale of 22,80,130 equity shares of face value of INR 10 each, for an aggregate value of approximately INR 350 crores.
