JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised India Infradebt Limited as lenders’ legal counsel in connection with multiple rupee term loan facilities aggregating to INR 189.12 crore extended to Enerparc group entities. (Enerparc Solar Power 1 Private Limited, Enerparc Solar Power 2 Private Limited; and Enerparc Solar Power 3 Private Limited).
JSA advised on the structuring, drafting, negotiation and execution of the financing and security documentation in relation to the transaction.
