JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Equirus Capital Private Limited, CLSA India Private Limited and JM Financial Limited in relation to the proposed Rotomag Enertec Limited’s Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The draft red herring prospectus was filed with SEBI and stock exchanges on September 26, 2025.
