JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised Axis Capital Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited, the Book Running Lead Managers, in relation to the initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares of Euro Pratik Sales Limited comprising of an offer for sale by the Selling Shareholders.
