SA advised Axis Bank Limited in connection with the refinancing of the existing debt availed for the four-laning of the Rewa to Hanumana (Madhya Pradesh / Uttar Pradesh border) section of NH-7 (New NH-135 and NH-30), spanning 89.30 kilometres, on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) – Toll basis by Vindhyachal Expressway Private Limited, now acquired by the Actis Group.
