JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised Pavestone Technology Fund on its investment in Bengaluru-based enterprise procurement platform Agillos E-Commerce Private Limited (“Company”). The Company operates the platform Aerchain, which automates procurement workflows and enables enterprises to manage vendor discovery, negotiations, purchasing, and payments through AI-powered agents.
