JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA), advised Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited, the Book Running Lead Managers, in relation to the initial public offering of equity shares of All Time Plastics Limited (“IPO”) comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders. The total IPO size, including a pre-IPO placement, aggregated to ₹4,706.03 million.
All Time Plastics Limited is a manufacturing company with more than 14 years of experience in producing plastic consumerware products for everyday household needs, and its equity shares were listed on the Stock Exchanges on August 14, 2025.
