Lesjöfors has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in International Industrial Springs, an Indian spring manufacturer. The acquisition marks Lesjöfors’ entry into the Indian industrial spring market, the world’s sixth largest spring market. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
