J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised and assisted Good Capital Fund I (Good Capital) in connection with its follow on investment into Entri Inc. (Company).
The Company is engaged in the business of providing a software application that assists candidates in preparing for competitive examinations.
This was a Series A round and the Company saw a total investment of approximately USD 1.7 Million, with Good Capital leading the round.
The JSA team comprised Partner – Probir Roy Chowdhury, Senior Associate– Yajas Setlur and Associate Kavya Katherine Thayil

Yajas is a member of JSA’s technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) practice. In this capacity, he advises clients extensively on various aspects of Indian information technology, data privacy and e-commerce laws.
