JSA advises Creation for its investment in Progcap

JSA advised Creation Investments Social Ventures Fund V, LP, Chicago based investment fund (Creation) in relation to Series C fund raise of USD 30 million by Desiderata Impact Ventures Private Limited (Progcap). Creation invested in this round along with Tiger Global and Sequoia.

Progcap, a fintech startup is positioned as the largest fintech in the corporate led retailer financing space in India. Progcap’s platform is tapped by over 60 corporates and 450K retailers. Progcap has disbursed Rs. 2500 crore to these networks on the back of its unique supply chain driven business model.

JSA team comprised Lead Partner – Lalit Kumar, Partner – Bharati Joshi, Junior Associate – Manan Kapoor.

Taxation Team: Partner –Kumarmanglam Vijay, and Associate – Shiv Singhal.
