As part of the global acquisition of DMR by Syniti, the JSA team provided end-to-end support to Intrinsic IT Solutions Private Limited (Indian affiliate of DMR) on its asset transfers, including employee transfers, to Syniti’s India affiliate – Backoffice IT Services India Private Limited.
The deal saw a global merger of two leading data migration service providers – which could potentially have a major impact in a post-COVID data driven world
