The transaction involved the acquisition of shares from TATA Capital Heatlhcare Fund, Beta TC Holdings Pte Ltd and HBM Healthcare Investments (Cayman) Ltd and some of the promoters. The transaction gave a complete exit to the existing investors (TATA Capital, Beta and HBM).
