Jyoti Sagar has been practicing law since 1976. He founded J. Sagar Associates (JSA) – in New Delhi in 1991 as a solo practitioner. Jyoti also founded K&S Partners, an Intellectual Property boutique in 1994.
Kumarmanglam is an equity partner of the firm and also heads the direct tax and regulatory practice at JSA. He has more than 25 years of experience in matters relating to direct taxation (including international taxation, transfer pricing, litigation, anti-avoidance laws, and M&A tax), accounting, and corporate laws including mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, foreign investments, market entry strategy, and corporate restructuring.
Vaibhav is a Partner with 16+ years of experience in Competition Law, specializing in complex litigation and merger control. He advises clients on cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and represents them before the CCI and appellate courts. He is consistently recognized by leading legal publications for his expertise.
