JSA Advocates & Solictors (JSA) advised Jammu Smart Metering Private Limited and Genus Marwar Smart Metering Solutions SPV Private Limited, each sponsored by Gemstar Infra Pte. Ltd., as borrowers’ legal counsel in relation to financing availed from IDFC First Bank Limited for smart metering projects in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the state of Rajasthan, respectively.
