JSA advises on financing for ReNew group solar projects

JSA advised BNP Paribas, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Mizuho Bank in relation to rupee term loan facilities availed by two SPVs of the ReNew group — Renew Surya Ravi Private Limited and Renew Green (TN Three) Private Limited.

The transaction was led by Karan Mitroo, Partner, with support from Kartikeya Dubey, Partner and M. Arun Kumar, Partner.
