JSA Advocates & Solicitors successfully represented TaskUs India Private Limited before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in securing a stay on an injunction that had restrained the termination of a determinable commercial contract.
The Supreme Court’s decision reinforces the settled legal principle that injunctions cannot be granted to specifically enforce commercial arrangements which, by their very nature, are determinable.
