Developments in Telecommunications Laws during April – June, 2022
The Union Cabinet has approved a proposal of the department of telecommunications to conduct the spectrum auction. The said auction will assign spectrum in high, mid and low frequency bands to the successful bidders for providing 5G services to public and enterprises. Other recent significant developments in the sector included:
