• Represented a large corporate house in its investment into a company engaged in manufacturing of special mobility vehicles for the Indian army.
• Represented a large corporate house in various court approved merger schemes for companies acquired under IBC.
• Represented a domestic e-commerce platform in relation to an investment by a large Japanese investor.
• Represented a large corporate house in its formation of a joint venture company with a New Zealand-based company for setting up of steel scrap recycling units across India.
• Represented a large infrastructure fund in its acquisition of 12 solar assets across India.
• Represented a large wealth management firm in relation to acquisition of majority stake in such firm, by a private equity fund based out of Hong Kong.
• Represented a large mobile cellular company in its merger with another large mobile cellular company resulting in the then largest mobile cellular company in India.
• Represented a large private equity fund (headquartered in Hong Kong) in its exit from an Indian start-up (engaged in the manufacturing of disposable hygiene products).
• Represented a consumer-focussed early stage fund in its exit from a famous start-up (operating budget hotel chain across India).
• Represented a consumer-focussed early stage fund in its various investments in start-ups engaged in variety of sectors including music education, retail lending, foreign education advisory, healthcare gummies, gourmet coffee, gourmet restaurants and hospitality.
• Represented a company (engaged in Direct-to-Home television services) and its promoters in relation to acquisition of a majority stake in such company, by the largest private corporate house in India.
• Represented one of India’s largest RTA (registrar and transfer agent) – which was acquired by an Australian financial behemoth – in its acquisition of other smaller RTAs, as a part of its consolidation in India.
• Represented one of the largest Japanese conglomerates in connection with its joint venture with a large Indian steel manufacturer.
• Represented a Danish facility management company in its sale of pest control business to an SPV in India, promoter by a large domestic private equity fund.
• Represented the private equity arm of one of the world’s largest financial services company in its investments in a housing finance company, and a non-banking finance company into retail loans (mainly for commercial vehicles).
• Represented a domestic private equity arm of one of the largest banking houses in India, in its investment in an enzyme producing company (which is now a listed company).
• Represented a private equity fund in its acquisition of significant minority stake in a start-up engaged in loan aggregation.
