Sajai Singh, was invited to speak at the USIBC Rapid Response Webinar to share a briefing on the “New MIB Rules for Digital Media Publishers”.
Sajai provided a detailed overview of the new MIB intermediary liability guidelines. The first section covers implementation of the Code as it relates to digital news and OTT publishers, accessible here, which addresses feedback MIB has received to date. His briefing was followed by questions and answers and the webinar was well received by the audience.
Sajai's broad-based practice focuses on Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings and financings (whether debt or equity), with particular emphasis on cross- border transactions.
