Post Qualification Experience: 1-4yrs
Preferred Sectors/Domains: Diverse sectoral experience preferred. Need to be working in a law firm currently.
Other specific requirements: Good drafting skills; attention to detail; good time management skills; passionate about being a good corporate law practitioner. Sound exposure to corporate transactions and advisory; knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and exchange control laws in India. Should be able to join inn 30-45 days time.
