Post Qualification Experience: 2 to 7 years, Law firm experience mandatory
Other specific requirements: Provide legal advice to clients, draft and review agreements, perform due diligence, ensure compliance, represent clients in disputes, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Handling Banking & Finance related matters
- Drafting & vetting contracts and agreements like Syndicated Loan, Project finance, External Commercial Borrowings, working capital, Term Loan, Project Loan, various types of security creation, bonds, NCDs, debentures etc.
- Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliance
- Must have a good understanding and working experience in M&A
- Experience in Documentation related banking finance
