JSA advised NTT Global Data Centres BLR4 Private Limited (“NTT”) in relation to its acquisition of land measuring 8 Acres 21.85 Guntas (equivalent to approximately 3,72,275 square feet) in the form of undivided share at Prestige Tech Cloud, Bangalore (“Premises”). JSA also advised NTT in appointing Prestige to develop a data centre building having approximately 3,50,000 square feet of built-up area at the Premises as phase one, marking Prestige’s entry into the data centre business. The construction of the data centre buildings will be carried out in three phases, with the first building expected to be completed in 12 months. The total value of the transaction including land and infrastructure development cost is Rs. 700 crore.
