JSA advised Napino Auto & Electronics Limited (“Napino”) in relation to private equity investment by International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) in Napino. Pursuant to this Investment, IFC has subscribed to compulsorily and mandatorily convertible debentures and will hold ~ 18% of Napino’s shareholding on an as converted basis.
Napino is a leading manufacturer of electrical and electronic components for the automobile industry in India. Its key product profile includes electronic control units, regulator rectifiers, electronic fuel injection systems, instrument clusters, electronic mobility components including converters, chargers, battery management systems and others.
The JSA team provided end-to-end assistance and led negotiations on behalf of Napino.
Deal value of this transaction is INR 2500 Million.
