JSA advised and represented Creation Investments India III, LLC, Chicago based investment fund (Creation) in relation to a fund raise of USD 50 million by Muthoot Microfin Limited, microfinance arm of Muthoot Pappachan group, from Greater Pacific Capital (GPC), which has picked up around 14% stake.
Following this funding round, promoters’ holding will reduce to about 75% from about 87% and Creation’s holding will come down to 9.8% from 11.39%.
The deal value was approximately 50 million USD.
