• Represented a large American diversified conglomerate in its acquisition of 100% of the shareholding of Indian company engaged in information technology services from its shareholders.
• Represented a UK company in its acquisition of majority shareholding of an Indian company engaged in the business of inspection and testing of various products.
• Represented an American company in its acquisition of assets of Indian company engaged in information technology services.
• Represented a UK company in its exit from an Indian company engaged in manufacturing and supply of machinery and equipments.
