Our Partner, Sidharth Sethi, was invited as a speaker at the International Arbitration Confluence 2026 (Law, Technology & the Changing World Order), organised by Mahindra University – School of Law in collaboration with Hidayatullah National Law University, Chhattisgarh, Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration & Mediation (“APCAM”) and Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (“IIAM”).
This Conference, held from 1 to 3 May at Hyderabad, brought together speakers from around the world, including sitting and retired judges of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, senior advocates, international arbitrators, policy makers, general counsels and jurists who deliberated on emerging areas of arbitration.
Sidharth spoke on the topic, “Digital Transformation of ADR”. The other esteemed panellists included:
- Mr. Gourab Banerji, Senior Advocate;
- Mr. Anil Xavier, Senior Advocate and President, IIAM;
- Mr. Foo Joon Liang, Director, ICC Malaysia; and
- Mr. Avnit Singh Arora, Director, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice.
The session was moderated by Ms. Iram Majid, Central Government Standing Counsel & Director, IIAM.
