Vaishnavi is a member of the Corporate team and her key areas of practice includes private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory. She has been involved in advising clients on all aspects of transactions – deal structuring from an Indian legal and regulatory perspective, diligence, documentation and closing of the deals. During the stint of her work experience, Vaishnavi has also been involved in drafting and negotiation of routine business agreements and have advised them on evolving legal framework surrounding their business activities.
She has been practicing law since 2021. Prior to joining JSA, she was an associate with the Corporate team in Agama Law Associates, Mumbai.
