Sherin specialises in advising on domestic and cross-border public and private M&A transactions and foreign direct investments. In addition, she assists a varied range of businesses across different sectors on myriad general corporate matters, including issues pertaining to corporate governance and general company law.
Sherin is also experienced in corporate restructuring, joint ventures, business and asset transfers and advising on licensing and regulatory requirements for IT/ITES, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. She advises clients on entry strategies, and structuring, implementing and closing transactions.
Having previously worked in-house at fintech startups, Sherin is experienced in working with financial institutions and fintechs on related regulatory, compliance and transactional issues.
